When you have chosen all your gifts, you can click on the  "shopping cart" and follow the instructions.  The shipping charges are added and the total amount of the order will show on the checkout page.

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, and e-checks.  To place an order using a cashier's check, just specify "E" as the payment method.

MikeyKnows.com will be happy to take your order by phone as we realize not all shoppers want their credit card information online. Click "contact us" and we will help you with your order.

All orders are processed the same day.

When ordering online, you can request to receive an order confirmation via e-mail.  Just click the appropriate box on the payment information page, make sure your e-mail address is correct.  You will receive an e-mail confirming your order after you click on "purchase". Be sure to save the e-mail in case you have a question about your order.

If we have not yet sent the order, you can change or cancel your order.  For the fastest service, call us (see contact us), or if you have just ordered online, send an e-mail (see contact us).  Be sure to include your name and address information, as well as your order confirmation number.  Please provide complete instructions on what you would like to correct or change.  When we have made the change, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.  If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will contact you by e-mail.

Occasionally a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of it.  If that happens we will immediately notify you by e-mail with the anticipated shopping date.

To cancel a backordered item, call us at (see contact us) or send us an e-mail to info@mikeyknows.com, include your name, address and order confirmation number and the item you want to cancel.  If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will cancel immediately. If it has been shipped, simply return the items that you do not want along with any paper work that is included.
